We’re on a mission to unlock more rewarding relationships between merchants and their customers, starting with changing the way we pay for things online. Backed by Sequoia, Index Ventures, and Forerunner, as well as the founders of Affirm, Warby Parker, Allbirds, Casper, and DoorDash, Catch is a new payment service that allows both merchants & consumers to save money by cutting out credit card processing fees. The Role:
As Catch enters a new phase of growth and scale, we are seeking our first B2B marketer to own and execute on our go-to-market strategies, and build Catch’s b2b marketing function from the ground up. We are looking for an experienced, analytical, creative marketing leader who can develop deep empathy for our customers, excels in crafting data-driven narratives, and can effectively collaborate across many functions.
We’re looking for someone with experience building b2b brand awareness, driving acquisition, working with the sales team to refine positioning and messaging, defining customer profiles, influencing the product roadmap and managing complex cross-functional projects. This person will, in many ways, serve as the glue between our Product & Design, Sales, and Partner Success teams in addition to the rest of the marketing team.
What will you do?
-Own and evolve Catch’s positioning and b2b messaging, working closely with our Sales, Partner Success, and Product teams to understand customer feedback
-Develop and lead the strategy & execution of our go-to-market plans overseeing holistic channel strategy, key metrics, marketing and sales collateral, and stakeholder management
-Create marketing online and offline content
-Manage Catch's PR and events strategy
-Demonstrate metric-focused rigor and a results-oriented approach by establishing key metrics for each product marketing campaign and tracking performance against goals
-Build operational excellence for the Catch marketing function — you’ll help define the role and identify new opportunities for impact
What skills and experience do you need?
-5+ years of b2b marketing experience or a blend of product marketing and other marketing experience
-Thrives in autonomous and ambiguous roles, in part thanks to exceptional prioritization and project management skills
-Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
-Can moonlight as a copywriter
-Strong analytical skills to be able to make data-centric decisions
-Demonstrated track record of creating b2b marketing campaigns across a variety of communication channels
-Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across multiple teams

The annual salary range for the expected level for this role is $135,000- 175,000 at time of posting. Compensation also includes equity and comprehensive benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
