Receptionist
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Directing visitors to the appropriate person or department and informing the concerned party of the arrival.
- Answering and routing incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, including tidying up magazines, brochures, and other materials.
- Managing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Notifying employees of visitor arrivals and ensuring visitors follow sign-in procedures.
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Providing accurate information about the company, its services, and its location to visitors and callers.
- Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assisting in coordinating special projects and events as assigned by management.
- Reporting into our Office Manager.
- Hours will be Monday to Friday: 8 am - 5 pm.
Summary of Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Punctuality and reliability.
Target Salary Range:
- $80,000 - $100,000
