Job Location: Vector Flow, Inc. 2323 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94612.

Position Description: With a high degree of independent decision-making capability and minimum supervision, the Lead Software Architect will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Vector Flow’s proprietary security applications. Job duties include:

1. Leading all phases of the software development life-cycle which includes analysis, design, development, testing and deployment. Architecting and delivering highly scalable cloud and on premise based Web and Mobile applications;
2. Managing design of the technical architecture to support the integration of our product line into diverse environments;
3. Programming, coding and developing, for the improvement of our proprietary, branded software system and related applications;
4. Leading the translation of requirements into software designs for deployment and integration;
5. Serving as a leading member on technical teams responsible for the development of our applications and product offering.

Requirements: This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or closely related field; and five (5) years’ of progressive professional experience as a Software Developer/Engineer, Software Architect, Solutions Architect, or closely related occupation.

Must have professional experience with: .NET Core; Angular JS; Javascript; SQL; Oracle; Physical Identity and Access Management applications. Professional experience must be progressive in nature.

Alternative requirements: We will accept a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or closely related field; and three (3) years’ of professional experience as a Software Developer/Engineer, Software Architect, Solutions Architect, or closely related occupation. Must have professional experience with: .NET Core; Angular JS; Javascript; SQL; Oracle; Physical Identity and Access Management applications.

Salary: $185,000 – $195,000 per year; full-time.
